How long does this soreness last?

I am incredibly sore. Not real pain, just very, get sore. I asked everyone who came in contact with but nobody ever gave me an answer. Also how long do you have to wear the band? I was sleeved yesterday and came home today.

What band? I was sore as in it felt like I did extra sit-ups and it went away within a day or two. Hang in there :D

Yes, what band???

It doesn't last long. Soon it will be forgotten.

I am three weeks out and still have some soreness. Unfortunately, I had very severe nausea and vomiting in the hospital. I believe I strained a abdominal muscle or possibly even tore a stitch. My biggest advice would be to get moving as soon as possible. The more I am up and moving, walking... The better I feel!
