Whose having surgery in july? my date is the 9th!

I have 2 weeks of pre-op. I get a shake for breakfast and lunch and a lean Protein and veggie for dinner. It sounds ugly. I hope I can do it.

Can anyone tell me what to pack into my hospital bag (apart from the obvious) but anything else that may come in useful

Where are you having your surgery? I'm in Michigan

Surgery date is July 22nd in Dallas' date=' Tx. I am so excited and ready to become slimmer and healthier. Preop clear liquid diet to start July 15th. I wish my insurance covered it 100%, but hey I will take 90% Just ready to get it done.
