6 months post-op and unsure. . . .

I am 6 months post-op and I've lost a total of 87 pounds. But I'm stuck. I haven't lost anything else in almost 1 month now, and I find myself falling back into my bad habits, like eating carbs, sweets, etc. I also feel like I'm over eating. My surgeon says I should be eating no more than 4 oz of food every 2-3 hours, but sometimes I feel like I can eat more than 4 oz, and other times I feel hungry before 2 hours!

Help!

Are you starting out with protein when you eat? You are going to have to detrox on the carbs and sweets.
