  1. I am 6 months post-op and I've lost a total of 87 pounds. But I'm stuck. I haven't lost anything else in almost 1 month now, and I find myself falling back into my bad habits, like eating carbs, sweets, etc. I also feel like I'm over eating. My surgeon says I should be eating no more than 4 oz of food every 2-3 hours, but sometimes I feel like I can eat more than 4 oz, and other times I feel hungry before 2 hours! Help!
  2. Hello everyone! I was sleeved on December 7th, and although I'm only 3 weeks out I feel like I'm having trouble! I frequently feel hungry. Protein shakes don't satisfy me, so I try to eat protein. My plan says to only eat 2 oz at a time. But I just seem to have trouble balancing. Either the 2 oz doesn't feel me up, or I overeat and experience pain and nausea. This makes me worry that I am stretching my sleeve! Anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
