Lifting restrictions

Hi all....just wondering what type of lifting restrictions you had after surgery and for how long, Thanks. Terry

    I haven't had surgery yet, but my surgeon wants no lifting more than 10lbs for 6 weeks! Torture for a gardener like me, but necessary to protect your new sleeve!

    Nothing over 15lbs for the first two weeks, nothing over 30lbs for the next two.

    Nothing over 5 for first two weeks. Nothing over 10 for weeks 3 & 4. The worry is about your sleeve, the surgery sites and hernias.
