Hi! Welcome! Congratulations! How are you feeling?

Well...so thankful the first day is over as I felt as if I was about to die lol...however so far in 6.days I lost 13 pounds so happy. But still confused as to when I am hungry and full...I just eat every 2 hours 4 oz. Thank you for asking.

I know! The first day or two is rough! But it gets better every day. Are you only on liquids still?

Just started protein shakes yogurt and pudding...for ten days hope I don't get sick of it lol...

You probably won't get the 'full' feeling until you start eating solids. Liquids slide right through the sleeve and out so they don't get a chance to sit IN the sleeve. That's one reason why we are told not to drink before, after or with our meals for a certain length of time. It would just wash our food right on out.

Welcome! Hope all goes well for you!
