  4. U do so much ur activity level goes up the shows are amazing ur so entertained u don't even care about the food. For dinner they kept asking if I liked the food cuz I ate so little ...I just laughed and said ate so much during the day still full
  5. I actually just got back from one on Friday...did great! I am 3 months post op just ate when I felt the slightest bit full I stopped. I brought protein shakes and protein bars just in case...and stuck mostly to protein
