Nausea and multivitamin

Does anyone have any tips on getting their multivitamin down? My chewable makes me gag for about 30 seconds before my stomach settles. Today I tried yogurt first.... Still didn't go well....

Maybe try crushing it and mix with some yogurt or Sugar free pudding?

I'm 3 months post - historically all vitamins have wreaked havoc on my stomach, BUT I am now using MultiVites - Gummy Vitamins. They are awesome - the only food that tastes good to me since my surgery! Sad but true! Get them at Costco. Good luck.

I take a solid vitamin but I don't get nauseated if I take it before bed. The nausea is usually from the iron.

What kind of chewable do you take?? I'm 4 months out and always took the gummy vitamins with no problem. And then there was today. I was feeling adventurous and tried to take a regular multivitamin (up&up Target brand) and for the first time since being sleeved I vomited.

It's a pretty big one and it doesn't cause me any trouble. Sorry you vomited. :(
