June 3 sleeved

Having a rough time getting much down as most have also said. Not feeling regret of this, just wondering if it will work. I somehow fell asleep on my stomach last night and woke up in pain. I have been worried I ripped something by sleeping on my stomach. I hope not!! Also, this may be too personal but I started my period today ... Bad timing.. The weird part is I usually know a week before I start in terms of pain, but I had no warning signs this time. Maybe I am distracted with other pain? I notice family members trying to tell me they know what I am going through because they have had csections or tummy tucks. I just listen to them and think to myself they are not the same.. Trying not to be annoyed and I'm not asking for people to feel sorry for me, I just don't want people telling me they know how I feel unless they actually had this surgery.. Is that mean? Sorry to rant on here just needed to get that out. I hope everyone is doing well so far!!

You are doing great. Remember a lost is still a lost and everybody's body is different. As far as calories you should speak to your doctor on what your goal should be. My doctor made it priority that I eat Protein first' date=' lots of Water and my Vitamins. She said have 3 meals and 1 snack if needed. And never eat and drink so I can stay fuller longer. I can say some days I knock it out of the park with all 3 and other days I fall short with the protein or the liquids. Good luck my friend.[/quote']

Thank you for the advise. I feel like my doctor just did the surgery and is done. Im trying to figure it out on my own.

Down 50 yesterday from surgery! I'm calling it officially 216, though, since I bounce up and down by up to two pounds... but the trend is always, always down.

So 3 months, 50 lbs. I am so very happy with this rate!

Nice job! I haven't reported yet cause I lost so far 48lbs now at 208. Hoping 2 more lbs this week to say 50lb. Almost there. Congrats on all that hit 50+.

3-month checkup: officially no longer considered "morbidly obese." :D My birthday was last Wednesday.,. I had organic strawberries and sugar-free whipped cream for my birthday dessert. :D I can almost fit a size 18!
