I have a june 3 surgery date. Starting weight 311. Today Im down 50lbs. I feel like Im loosing too slow. Im working out three days a week. Im eating ok . I am up to 1200 calories which I dont know if thats good or not.

Im 50. 11 weeks out and have lost 46 pounds so far. Working out three days a week and "trying" to eat healthier. -
