Out of work?

I work in a day care. Does anyone know about how long I should plan on being out of work?

Usually you are restricted on how much you can lift. I would say at least 3 weeks

Better ask your doctor. If you have to pick up small children, I would say four to six weeks.

My doc said at least 4 weeks before I could pick up my own 1 yr old daughter who barely weighs 20lbs. You don't want to risk a hernia and then have to have more pain and more surgery.
