  2. Well I had my surgery about 8m ago and I have lost roughly 80lbs, but I have basically fallen off the wagon so to speak. Any tips on getting myself back to eating healthy
  3. Thanks guys. I have lost 70lbs but I haven't really lost hardly any on like 6 weeks and I have been eating bad. I think i will go on a protein shake only diet for a few days just start getting back on track
  4. I'm 5 months out and haven't necessarily been doing that we'll last month or so. Any advice on how to get myself back to eating better and I remember something people did to help them eat less.
  5. Just remember this is kinda like working customer service. You don't here from the happy people nearly as much as the unhappy ones. I had no major issues.
  6. When did you have surgery?
  7. Your stomach is more on left side. Could be Gauley bladder or appendix. Could also be gas. If it keeps hurting have it checked out
  8. The slower you lose it the less loose skin you will have. I also wish I would lose it a little quicker but just remember how long it took to get to that big weight
  9. I had 2nd thoughts a few years ago and backed on and then had my surgery 6 weeks ago. The benefits definitely out weight the negative.
  10. I cold at about 10 days. My right lower incision hurt everytime I tried sleeping on my right side til then. Sleeping on my back caused a whole new set of back pains
  11. I had short term disability so I took 4 weeks. I definitely wouldn't have been able to go back after 1 week. Really I think it depends on what kind of job you do. Take as long as you can so you can adjust to your new lifestyle. I didn't experience alot of pain post op either.
  12. Don't weigh so often and do some exercises
  13. Mine wasn't that painful when removed. Kinda felt like a hard pinch. Actually hurt more when he took the stitches out from it
  14. At 5 weeks and it just feels wierd when I eat and feels kinda strange in my left side.
  15. What are signs I might have a leak in my sleeve.
  16. What all exercises should I be able to do at this point after surgery.

  18. Any good recommendations for protein bars, really tired of shakes
  19. Usually you are restricted on how much you can lift. I would say at least 3 weeks
  20. Wondering if anyone else has had problems with them like I have getting my disability approved. I was approved 1st 2 weeks but it's taking an act of Congress to get the next 2 weeks approved.
