I love pure protein bars at Costco and I also love quest protein bars. I order the quest on the internet from quest and they arrive the next day. So yummy...... :)

I use the Atkins brand. Lower in carbs than most and lots of protein. :D

I just tried the Quest and OMG.. DELISH.. And not full of junk either.. they are REAL protein bars with 20 grams of high quality protein and around 18 grams of fiber depending on flavor... and let's face it, fiber is awesome, I mean really, who doesn't like to poop? most flavors have between 160 and 200 calories and around 4 to 6 net carbs. I bought the 12 flavor sampler pack directly from Quest and can't wait to try ALL the flavors. I've been having a hard time eating enough protein lately due to the fact that I'm just not hungry in this hot weather.. but the quest bar went down nicely as my lunch today.
