Still feel fat a year later

A year later way over 100 lbs gone & I still see the same fat person in the mirror & pictures. I told my husband that I went to the store & grabbed all small shirts & they all fit, he said "it feels good doesn't it?" I replied "it just felt very weird" I'm overwhelmed at work by all the people that daily say how good I look & I don't see it.

The surgery changes our stomachs - not our minds.

I lost all my weight in 6 months and plastics 6 months later- it's hard to see the difference every day!

Congrats! Awesome! Enjoy it! You are NOT fat - you look great...look yourself in the mirror every day and tell yourself that over and over.

You aren't fat. You weren't even that fat in the before picture. In The after you have an hourglass shape. Slim.
