Trace Amounts of Blood When Throwing Up

I ate something heavy and I ate it fast. Needless to say, my stomach rejected it and I threw up.

I've noticed there are small traces of red, blood I'm assuming, in the exiting contents of my stomach.

Should I be alarmed?

I have an email out to my surgeon but I wanted some feedback from here as well. I'm 9 weeks postop

Today is a better day. I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'm soothing my abused stomach with warm decaf green tea and taking it easy. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I'm setting my brain at, "it's not a problem, its an opportunity."
