Salsa

Not salsa dancing. Not there yet haha, the yummy spicy stuff. I love salsa the hotter the better and am hoping to hear people's experience with it. Go!

Just remember the consistency needs to meet the food stage you're in. You need to stay away from small chucks until you're cleared for that. Like some one said above.. Puréed if that's what you're in

At 5 months out my sleeve is fine with it. Yesterday I had Old El Paso medium salsa with breakfast and dinner!

Ooh, I love salsa too! Can't wait to see the responses!

Im 5 1/2 months out and still cant eat it. I use to put salsa on everything eggs, porkchops, fried potatos and so on. I also use to eat jalepenos with fried chicken cant do that anymore either. All hot and spicey makes me really sick vomiting andsevere acid reflux. Becareful try very little to start like maybe a couple of drops on your tongue first and go from there. Good luck

I have used dry taco seasoning and mixed it with whatever I am eating. Refried beans etc. Still too cautious to try the real stuff
