Decided!

I have decided instead of doing a week of shakes for breakfast and 4 oz of met and 1 cup of veggies for lunch and dinner that I am going to go straight into the 4 shakes for 2 weeks pre-op. I can do this and I am ready to start. I have eaten my favorite foods in excess the past few days and I am sick after eating healthy since I found out I was approved. I have about 20 days as if now till surgery and I am so ready to make a life change. June 6 will be here soon.

Thank you bi am sure I won't. I am so ready. I am scared I won't feel good while on just shakes but I am going for it anyway

I started my pre-op diet a week early as well and it has been a little rough. I am super hungry and find myself a little grumpier. Ugh, I'm sure my husband and kids will understand that this is temporary.
