Tummy doesnt like...

Apparently my new tummy doesn't like lactose or Soy. Any suggestions?

Yes I figured that would be my next step. Only thing is almond milk has no protein in it. : (

Are you saying anything with lactose bothers you or just milk?

Apparently my new tummy doesn't like lactose or Soy. Any suggestions?

If you have an Heb close, they sell mootopia. It's lactose free, with 12g of Protein. I drink that instead of milk by choice just to get in some protein!

Yes yogurt makes my tummy come ALIVE! But cheese is okay so far.
