1st check up.

Tomorrow is my first check up with surgeon and I get next level diet. Thank god!!! I'm tired of protein shakes!!! Need something more. Also I feel like I'm getting liquids no problem. I hope when I start eating that you can only eat a small amount or you feel sick. I'm scared. :((

You got this! The next stage is easier.

Oooo.. I can't wait to get to pureed. Well, actually I want to move past puree and go to soft foods.

tbomb we can have potted meat/spam at the puree stage!

You will like the next stage. I actually cooked veggies and a roast in the crock pot. I put some in my bullet and it was yummy pureed food! The key for me was flavor... I wanted flavor.... I did the same thing with chicken and veggies. It was much better than baby food.....
