I'm 5 months out. I try to eat about every 3 hours, even when I'm not hungry. It could only be a bite or two, but I do eat.

I make sure to eat even when I'm not hungry every three hours or so. If I don't then I sometimes get sick or light headed. It doesn't have to be a full meal. Just a light snack, and I feel great!

I have 6 alarms set on my phone. It really helps me remember to eat. I try to get most of my calories in during the first 2 meals of the day, then work downwards from there. I can almost do it now

I have 6 alarms set on my phone. It really helps me remember to eat. I try to get most of my calories in during the first 2 meals of the day, then work downwards from there. I can almost do it now without the alarms, but it helps as a reminder. Sort of Pavlovian, but works for me.

I've always eaten every 3 hours in small amounts and I don't eat after 7:00pm..... :)

Yep! It's the only way I can fit in all my Protein for the day.

Yes I usually eat 5-6 times a day not because I'M hungry but because I need my nutrition.
