I started introducing soft foods at about a week and a half... i just tried something different everyday.. I have not had any bad reactions, although when I eat ground turkey it feels so heavy in my stomach. like I need every bit of energy I have to digest it!! I'm only 18 days post off but pretty much fully off of the full liquids at this point. just be careful and don't try to much too fast!

I am 3 weeks post op and was just allowed today to start soft foods. I am so excited to finally have some chicken salad with puréed carrots. I never thought I would say that. I am done 22.5 lbs and am super happy. Good luck.
