So after having a really crappy day, my son came home from school with a Mother's Day plant for me!! Totally a surprise this year I didn't even know they were doing one! He threw away all of the flyers!! He used his own money to buy it! He gave me a huge hug and said thank you for getting healthy for me!! (I also quit smoking 8 months ago!!) he totally made my day and made the sadness of what happened this morning all go away! I now know without a doubt I made the right decision!!!

How nice to see someone else rejoicing in their decision!! I hope all the complainers out there see this. It is a reminder that in spite of stalls, or slow loss or whatever you find to be negative about today, someone else is noticing. Someone else cares about you and what you are going through and they are proud of you! They may not always say it, but they do care and they are proud! What a great reason to get into the Happiness Habit!!
