Struggling to Eat

Hey gang I'm really having a hard time this week in eating. I have zero motivation to eat anything and find it such a chore. I'm doing terribly on my calorie and protein intake. I'm getting in about 400 calories a day. Any suggestions on what to do. Getting to 900 calories a day is so very hard.

I feel the same ur lucky to be getting 400 food discuss me it's more than a chore now I hate eatting

Does it just seem like to much bother or are things not sitting well? I would also wonder if you are getting enough Water? That could make you not feel well and not feel like eating.

Are you still restricted, diet wise? I know towards the end of my phasing in, I was just sick of the same things. I tended to eat the same things all the time so it felt like a big chore.

You really need to try and get in more calories though, your body could think it's starving and send you into a big stall. That even makes it harder to get motivated.

Not sure how much help this is but hang in there. You can do it!

I'm trying to avoid stalls by keeping my calorie and protein intake up. I eat a lot of the same things. I drink about 48 oz a day. I exercise 4-5 times a week cardio. I avoid carbs like the plague. I don't get sick/throw up but eating is such a chore. And I do get nauseous sometimes from the shakes.

It may be associated due to my cycle and getting the Mirena put in this week.
