I've been using this diet along with my Nike Fuel band to make sure I am moving/exercising enough 8:00 am Protein Drink (Atkins Advantage) 10:00 am Yougurt (lite) 12:00 pm Protein Drink

  • I'm just cutting back on my calories, keeping it to 1400 and drinking as much Water as I can. That seems to be helping, getting the water in.

Wow! You're doing really well pre-op!! That's awesome! What type of diet are you on?

Keep up the great work! I'm jealous! I'm pre-op & supposed to be losing weight but not doing very well.

I must also add that it is 60 lbs gone from when I left my ex husband almost 4 years ago (will be 4 yrs in Sept). I haven't seen 290's for about 10 years. So, yes if you do the math, my highest weight ever was 354 lbs. I look at pictures of myself now and I see I was miserable. I sooo can't wait until I have this surgery and start my new life!

So I'm down yet another pound again today!!! What am I doing....uping my water intake and cut out fast food (my downfall). Trying to stay within the 1400 kcal diet my NUT wants and proving to myself although I'm not perfect I am changing my ways! I'm so close to the 10% weight loss they want before surgery!!! I may go over that LOL!
