Sleeved 8/20 Just had my two week check up HW 326 SW 292 CW 272 Lost 4"

Sleeved 8/20 What can I eat?I did cheat a few days ago with about 2-3tsp of baked mac n cheese. I posted on here and got ripped a new one but that's exactly what I needed! I got back on the wagon but I'm wondering what I can eat. Can I have oatmeal? Ice cream? Ramen noodles? I'm mentally hungry more than anything but I don't want to stretch my sleeve. Hard time getting liquids down just because I don't have a desire to drink... Any advice welcomed!

I WAS SLEEVED ON 8/20 AND TODAY I CHEATED! I HAD THREE TABLESPOONS OF BAKED MAC N CHEESE. I AM FEELING SO GUILTY. THE BAD THING IS IS THAT I JUST TRIED ON MY CLOTHES AND THEY ARE A LITTLE TOO BIG. I GOT SO EXCITED THINKING HOW I'VE ALREADY LOST 4INCHES AND HERE I AM GOING BACKWARDS.

I didn't even cheat during my preop diet. But I'm going to get back in the game and get on the losing bench.

I HAD MY SLEEVE 20TH AUG AND NOW MY KNEES ARE BREAKING KILLING ME. I'M UP WALKING AROUND AS I.SHOULD EVERY TWO HOURS BUT IT FEELS LIKE I'M GIVE CHILD BIRTH OUT MY KNEE CAPS. I'M MENTALLY PANICKING THINKING WHAT IF I HAVE A BLOOD CLOT? HAS ANY ONE ELSE BEEN THRU THIS?

Sleeved Aug 20th and my mother is here cooking for the kids. I can't begin to tell you how good her food smells. Mmm Mmm Mmm yummy for my tummy! But my cream of wheat has never tasted better! Lol I drink the atkins chocolate protein shake, sf pudding,apple sauce,jello. Not really thinking about food until I smell it cooking. I got my eye on the prize and that's bring here for the long run for my kids!

I went on my yearly girls get away to Turks and Caicos only to find out when I came back that my surgery waa moved up to August 20th. I have several outfits from Torrid, Lane Bryant, Avenue, and Ashley Stewart. I also have about 4 pair of sandals and three of them have never been worn. I also have a brand new pair of Uggs that are a size ten that have never been worn. I am interested in selling everything. I wish I was able to donate them but they've only been worn once some not at all and I have to get things situated before surgery.

No stomach spasms I'm using atkins chocolate protein shakes and I have some Hawaiian.punch sugar free packets ... King of slow drinking it I've only consumed about 36oz water and 12gr protein today

August 20th surgery date. I had my gall bladder taken out at the same time and I can honestly say this was by far harder then child birth! The pain I felt was unbearable. I cried and cried I even said why did I do this to myself? But I'm feeling a little better today still in pain but not as bad just cant get comfortable enough to sleep well. Best of luck to you all I know we will all do well

I've only had cream of wheat so far.. a little water and about 10gr of protein using the atkins protein shake

I had my sleeve and gall bladder done on the 20 th. Lord I've never cried this much in my life! The pain is unbearable not to mention I can't get comfortable when I sit or lay down..

I go in tomorrow at 5am my surgery is scheduled for 7am. I've been crying off and on all day. My nerves are getting the best of me. I am so afraid something will happen and I will not be here for my kids. I keep asking myself am I doing this for all the right reasons? I want to be healthy that's first. But I also miss being able to so things without the embarrassment. And I also miss being able to dress how I choose to. Lord I hope I'm going down the right path. : (

Oops meant I had my first appt with my surgeon in March! Whoa my mind is all over the place! Lol My blood work, EKG, urine test, X-ray, physical, and endoscopy are all done! Just waiting on this last visit on Aug 1

I had my endoscopy on Thursday. Just as quick as they wheeled me in they wheeled me out. It was a breeze! I have my last appt on Aug 1 with my dietician and I'm done. All of my other testing was already completed. She said I'm looking at the first week of September for surgery. She also said it should take anymore then a few days to get approved. My BMI is 48. Started out at 326 I'm now down to 301

I started off strong with the pre op diet consisting of the 3-4 protein shakes per day. I had lost a total of 16lbs sticking to the diet. However I went off the diet and gained 10lbs back. I had no idea that if you gained any of the weight back you would be required to start over. So now I have till August 1st to lose the required 10lbs or I can not keep my surgery date of August 30th. If anybody has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
