Stalls are the worst, the first week is usually manageable but the subsequent weeks are just awful!! Hang in there sweetie, it'll get better!!

I am 4 months out and I think this is my first.stall and its killing me.I usually weigh once a day and now I weigh 2 or 3 like its going to change something.do believe me I know what you are feeling right now.

I am so there with ya- I am also 4 months out and the losses have really slowed. With me it might be because while I don't necessarily overeat, I can eat anything and I'm not choosing the "right" foods. For instance, I bought a box of WW ice cream bars. I am having one a day, which isn't terrible, but some greek yogurt with some fruit might be a better choice! Looks like I'm going to have to get back to basics...ugh.

yeah its so hard when you know your doing everthing your sup to and had a goal in mind and now its not happening, I just hope the stall ends soon or I might lose my mind, lol

Stalls really suck. I would say you should they and switch things up a little. Eat more calories for a couple days, change up your workouts also.
