I'm taking a "one daily" women's health vitamin/mineral supplement, 5000 mcg B-12, 5000 IU Vitamin D, 2 Calcium chews, and 500 mg Vitamin C. I used to take Iron supplements and Biotin as well, but I ran out of them and haven't bought more. Both are in the multivitamin- the iron is 100% daily recommended. I am 4 months out.

I take the Sam's Club multivitamin and sublingual B12 from Wal-Mart.

Centrum Kids chewable 2x a day; calcium supplement 3x a day (1.5 wafers broken up); bcomplex with b12 dot

Multivitamin, B12, biotin and vitamin d supplement

I am taking 500 mcg of b12 once a day and a flinstone chewable once a day

I'm pre-surgery but started taking supplements so that I'd be in the habit of taking them after the surgery.

1 Centrum Silver chewable multivitamin twice a day

1 calcium citrate 500mg chewable three times a day

1 500mcg B-12 sublingual dot once a day

2 Flintstones chewable complete multis, 2 Calcet chews (calcium/vit D), B12 1000 mcg, Biotin

Bariatric advantage multivitamin (2x daily), iron chew bites, and calcium chews, B12, and a B complex (developed a thiamine deficiency post-op!), and D.
