Sleeved April 9th @ 3 week stall how do I break?

It's becoming annoying to see the scale say the same thing everyday for the last week ok now I'm ready for it to go down. I'm going to follow this suggested menu from my docs today it's a lot more than what I've been eating drinking and the Protein is definitely way more so maybe this will help. :/

Any other suggestions?

Up the calories (for a day or two), up the fluid intake, and up the exercise

aside from upping your calories and exercise, there really isn't much you can do. Hang in there, it will get better!

I was sleeved on April 9th and am experiencing the same thing. 1 week at the same weight. I have increased my exercise and will need to increase my food intake. I have noticed that I am hungrier since increasing my exercise. Thanks everyone for your posts. Wishing you all the very best. :)

I burn more calories than I eat however I haven't been getting my full liquids and Protein as well. Yesterday I tried more I did 40 grams protein and about 30oz fluids which is way more than I was getting.

Your body is healing its normal 3 weeks out to stall just try and relax dont focus on the scale focuse on water and walking dont want clots now. When your ok for more vigorus excercise hit the gym treadmill is great and c25k program is awesome best o luck!
