I use Premier Protein (chocolate flavor). It contians 30g protein, 160 calories and is low fat. I drank this pre-surg and continue to drink it. I really enjoy the taste

Sleeved April 9th @ 3 week stall how do I break?

I was sleeved on April 9th and am experiencing the same thing. 1 week at the same weight. I have increased my exercise and will need to increase my food intake. I have noticed that I am hungrier since increasing my exercise. Thanks everyone for your posts. Wishing you all the very best.
