hanging stomach during exercise

What is everyone doing for the nasty rashes from the belly rub?? Its difficult (and embarrassing) to exercise with the flap flopping trying to exercise. Any suggestions? I have to lose 100 pounds before insurance will pay for a panni..only 44 more pounds to go.

Do you mind if I ask how old you are? I noticed we are same hight and close to same weight. I am worrying about flab and if I do how bad it will be and if my insurance will cover it..

Yes, I recommend compression garments also. Try on some to see which ones are not too constricting (spelling? lol). There may also be some exercise pants that hold you in as well. Google it on-line & just do a little research. I understand how this would feel very uncomfortable. Total thumbs up for exercising!! Keep up the great work!
