Becoming discouraged...Need Help

My surgery date was March 19th. I have lost 14 lbs since day of surgery and have not had any weight loss for the past 2.5 weeks. I measured the night before surgery and I have lost a total of 18 inches as of today. I am getting all of my protien, between 60-70 ounces of water. I know that everyone looses at a different rate, but any suggestions would help.

I was in a similar place last week. My surgery was on the 19th as well and I had only lost about 13lbs. I didn't lose anything for about a week and a half and then it just started moving again. My change was I was finally able to move to puréed food and get a few more calories in.

14 lbs and 18 inches...you're doing great! If you haven't already, try to add in exercise.
