Maybe organic sprouted tofu. It's yummy, lots of protein. I'm still on the purée stage and I have not attempted to purée but I do plan on eating that for my majority of 'lean protein' once on solid.

Calling all veggies, I need your help, I am new to this and need ideas so far I am doing well. trying to eat the complete protiens and trying not to eat the processed soy that a chemilcal is used to seperate the fiber from the protien. and trying to eat veggies that have more portien and making them a complete protein.
so please chime in old and new veggies since the sleeve
