Help! Struggling to be ready for pre-op diet

I've been trying to prep for my 2 week optifast diet by switching to 2 protein shakes and a healthy dinner. Yeah right!!! I start out great then blow it by the afternoon! Should I even bother before next Wednesday (when I start optifast)? I'm so emotional about this surgery. Im not having a total food funeral but I'm not doing what I set my mind to, either. How did you feel just before your Pre-op diet and/or surgery? I am all over the map!!!
