Protein making me sick

I am 1 1/2 weeks post op and I drink all my protein everyday. The problem is after every protein drink I get a stomache ache and have explosive diahrrea minutes after finishing the drink. I have tried several types of protein, and different brands and it all does the same thing. Whey protein, soy protein, isopure zero, atkins, and more, they all do the same thing. I am waiting to talk to my nut on monday, but i am wondering if anyone else is having this problem and what are you doing about it. Thanks for any information.

I had that issue with just about any pre packaged protein drinks. What works for me is the Syntrax nectar line. Fruit flavored ones can be mixed with water...I add ice. For the chocolate, vanilla and cappuccino flavors I switched to lactose free milk and that has helped.

I was the same way the first week but it seems to finally be slowing down. Hang in there
