Here's a thought. How about combining the two? I have hydrolized protein powder (fruit punch flavor) that I add to my liter water bottle. It's 280 calories (great for weaknes) and it's 60 grams of pro

I will be 5 weeks post opt tomorrow. The problem I am having is that I am still struggling with getting my protein and water in. Today I walked for 45 mins and I got so dizzy about an hour after I finished that I almost fainted. I had a late start this morning and had some plain oatmeal with blue berries for breakfast (10:30 am). I had my next meal which was shrimp gumbo but it was so salty I just ate the shrimp and nothing else. I had some water during my walk but I know I needed more. Well at lunch I got so dizzy and began to sweat(cold sweat) and thought I was going to faint. I was really scared. I know I did this to myself. I was active this morning and did not drink enough water and started my meals too late. Has this happened to anyone else? By the way the only thing that helped was eating some sugar. I will be more cautious next time.
