  1. I am almost 4 months out and have been excercising about 5-6 days a week. I usually do an hour class and burn 400-500 calories. Once a week I burn 1000 calories during my workout. The problem is I eat between 800-1000 calories a day. I have recently increased my calories so I am able to have energy to my workouts but these past few days I am very fatigued and started getting headaches. I don't know if I am doing this right. Am I eating too many calories or too few? I have been losing weight but I want to feel good doing it. I eat healthy and eat every 2-3 hours ,maybe i need a change in a meal plan. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  2. I joined weight watchers but not following the point system yet since I am only 7 wks out. I go for the support.

  7. I will be 5 weeks post opt tomorrow. The problem I am having is that I am still struggling with getting my protein and water in. Today I walked for 45 mins and I got so dizzy about an hour after I finished that I almost fainted. I had a late start this morning and had some plain oatmeal with blue berries for breakfast (10:30 am). I had my next meal which was shrimp gumbo but it was so salty I just ate the shrimp and nothing else. I had some water during my walk but I know I needed more. Well at lunch I got so dizzy and began to sweat(cold sweat) and thought I was going to faint. I was really scared. I know I did this to myself. I was active this morning and did not drink enough water and started my meals too late. Has this happened to anyone else? By the way the only thing that helped was eating some sugar. I will be more cautious next time.
  8. BigDaddyJoe, I just sent you a friend request on Facebook. Can you please add me to the group as well? Thanks, Carol J
