Taste change

I'm 4wks post op and my tastes have totally changed. Things I liked before actually disgust me and things I didn't like I now like. Anyone else?

I'm 3 weeks out and feel the same way. It's like eating is a chore and nothing tastes like it should. My dr said it does get better that the change is mostly from the anesthesia.

I used to have a huge sweet tooth before surgery. But now I can take it or leave it. That makes me happy!!!!

Me too. I'm 6 weeks out and I don't crave sweets anymore. I'm craving veggies and fruits. I can't wait to have a salad!

Yes - a lot of things just don't seem as appealing anymore. I haven't really lost my taste for sweets but I find that they make me feel bad. Go figure.

Yep. Kinda makes me sad when I try something I used to love pre surgery and don't like it at all post surgery. It has gotten better but there are still things I don't care for anymore and new things I like now.
