3/12 sleever

I'm only down 12 lbs since my 3/12 sleeve. I know I've messed up with a slider or two. Where is everyone else's weight loss?

well i am right there with you. i was also sleeved on the 12th of march ...been following the diet progression as set plan for me however on the 29th of march i hit a stall and haven't been able to get another ounce off.. sure hope the stall ends soon cause i just want to cry! since the surgery i have lost 13 lbs. :-(

March 8th for me so a few days before. Im down 25 pounds total. 5 pounds pre op and 20 pounds post op! Feeling great

I was also sleeved on March 12th and I have lost 12 lbs thus far. My weigh day is not until Tuesdays but I had to peek this morning and the scale said I was down another 3 lbs. I have not had a stall yet but I know it is coming. I did measure myself today and in 5 weeks I have lost 9 inches. My sister was also sleeved on the 12th and she is about 100 lbs heavier than me and she did not lose anything for 3 weeks straight. She finally lost 4 lbs this week.

I'm down 26.8 today no stalls yet just a few days of up and down.

Sleeved on 3-8, down 21 lbs, and stuck here for days. Patiently ( somewhat ) waiting for weight loss to resume.

Sleeved on the 19 th down 18 from surgery total 25 including preop

Don't compare yourself to other people! Our bodies, ages, genders, and even technical surgery details are all different. People who lose faster will probably hit more plateaus than slower losers. And logically, losing more than 2-3lb a week is kind of unrealistic if your BMR is like 2,000 and you're only getting in 700-1000 calories a day.

Just relax and stay on track. It will take a long time. Don't sabotage yourself by letting in thoughts telling you you're losing too slowly.

You're right, thanks for the reality check.

Sleeved 3/4 down 26.5 since surgery down 56.5 pre-op.

Haha no worries! Trust me I've had to give myself that speech so often I know it by heart :)

I was sleeved on mar 13 and down 18. I was hoping for about 25 in the first month but I'll take it! and our bodies are so different have to stick to plan and let the body decide when it's ready to shed. I lost steadily for 2 weeks. now it seesaws back and forth but generally in downward progression so that's what counts.
