I would say yes Im on day 12 and in the hospital they gave me coffee on my 1st day plus my dr allows it on my post diet. I buy fat free cream. Hope it helps your headache if not use liquid tylenol

I have seen coffee on my post op diet pretty much from the start so you should be safe. If the heat bothers your stomach you could also try tea. That's what I have been doing as I was a big Pepsi in the morning person. Its my transition drug. ;-) Also be careful with the cream and make sure its light and that you keep track of how much you are using.

Coffee is on my post-op diet as well, but I'd stick to milk instead of cream...
