    Well my day is may 3 rd and I'm suppose to be on a one week liquid fast but I'm going to start early to maximize what I can..

    Congrats to you as we'll... The time will go by real fast.....just spend your time getting ready with all the stuff you need to be successful once it is done... All the Vitamins and check out different kinds of Protein so you will know which brand is your fav...
