My doctor also said 2 weeks of Protein shakes but I've seen some people say their doctor wants 3 and 4 weeks of full liquids.

250 for Optifast two week supply that's buying thru their office. Wonder if I should check online.

I am hoping for my date as well I was submitted on this past Monday my diet with the two shakes and 1 lean meat and green vegetable meal they also allow one cup of fruit but no banana two weeks prior to surgery
