My doctor said to get in a pool and swim laps. I had my two week post op today and that was his recommendation. Thankfully I have access to a community pool. I also bought the Palmers Cocoa Butter lotion for weight loss/stretch marks. Hopefully they work.

Haha, you guys are killing me. I'm so glad to have company, because I've had the "front butt" for 25 years from a C-section where they cut me up and down, instead of side to side! I'm not sure if I'll ever have surgery, but that would be my opportunity to lose it. Didn't know I would have ended up with one anyway! :)

Not sure if the helps, but I just completed my first yoga class today. This REALLY (double REALLY) works the core muscles ( not just the ABS). I surprisingly made it through an hour (was shaking like a leaf); it was so hard and I found it was even harder ( for me) then cross fit (which I came from an hour before that). Try out yoga. See if it is for you. I did not feel at all zen during the class, but am feeling very relaxed afterwards with my core muscles worked to the MAX. Maybe yoga is the key to avoiding a TT and eliminating the stomach butt. I'll be going back!! Oh yes, I will be going back ( in Best Wayne voice from Wayne's World).

And arm lift nose job pec implants upper leg lift and a new back butt. I have a saggy ass.

I have zero ass.

Isn't zero butt a good thing???

Ha! No sir...

My carb intake is very low at 3 months out. Less than 20 gms daily. My weight loss seems to have slowed-lost one pound last week.

Wrong thread!

Isn't zero butt on a guy a good thing ?!?!

I'm not a guy :-)

Wrong thread!

Yes, of course. It was a question for you to answer about a guy having zero butt and whether you thought that was acceptable or not. :)

No, I think a nice butt on a guy is a good thing.

Ok will find a doctor to transfer stomach butt tissue to rear. Better then silicon, no? There is probable a legit procedure for doing this. Lol! I am just having a good time. My butt can still be squeezed.

I'm fat and I'm black and I have no ass...it's quite depressing..when I lose I'm prob going to still have no ass

I'm 2 months out and have lost the little ass I did have. And yep I got the weird stomach thing like the tongue stomach in the movie click. I swear I can flap it lol. Hello TT and fat transplant to the ass!
