Well unfortunately my band was difficult to get out so surgeon couldn't do the sleeve :-( I'll probably be able to get it in 6m time.

Pretty upset, had a good cry but am thankful my Dr was cautious and didn't do anything risky. I'm gonna try losing on my own in the meantime. Got a holiday in September I was hoping to have lost a lot by the. Hope everyone else is doing good.

The best thing for gas is moving as much as you can, as soon as you can! I have had multiple abs. Surgeries, and I am a nurse. Best if luck!
