I can't wait to start full liquid phase, I am having a hard time getting 48-64 oz of fluid in right now.

I'm getting down about 2 protein shakes, and slowly sipping diet iced tea and water. I do still get spasms every now and then - especially if I drink something too cold. Warm chicken soup feels good though!

Im trying to I've been getting a 16oz of Vitamin Water zero 3oz of broth two times a day sugar free popsicles n sugar free Jello

I'm doing two protein shakes a day along with diet iced tea, flavored water, decaf coffee, sf jello or anything I can try to mix it up. I'm getting in my 48-64 oz but its not easy. Lots of cramping unless I take it really slow. But, down 5 lbs since surgery. Love it!

Sleeved on 3/19, very discouraged, weight up five pounds from presurgery and I'm following doctor's orders. Help!

It could be due to all the fluids pumped into you during surgery and hospital stay positive thoughts

Thanks, but i'm so miserable I feel like crying. I'm grateful that my surgery went well and have had few issues adjusting to liquids & pureed food. Just feel like this is so ironic, only I could fail with wls.
