Coffee is the perfect laxative!

Haven't went in 14 days..... Drank one cup of coffee this am and BOOM!!! I'm 4 lbs lighter!!! Not allowed to use actual laxatives because I am 7 mos pregnant. Whew! What a load off!

    lol!!! I can definitely relate. I have never had any issues with the bathroom but since the surgery 11 days ago, I have not been able to go. Have a cup of coffee mixed in with my protein and that was it! :D
