  3. My doctor said you continue to lose weight for 18 months. Everyone loses at a different rate. You can't give up. We all have invested time and money to help us with the weight lost. It doesn't fall off on its own. Join the gym, I started going and I feel so good. Don't give up!
  4. Have you tried coffee? As soon as I had a cup of coffee, I became regular again!
  5. Once you have the drainage tube removed, you will feel better instantly! I was miserable until the doctor took that out! I am in my 3rd week and my incisions still bother me some, not as bad as before so I can tell you it does get better....hang in there.

  7. lol!!! I can definitely relate. I have never had any issues with the bathroom but since the surgery 11 days ago, I have not been able to go. Have a cup of coffee mixed in with my protein and that was it!
  8. I like the chocolate alot as long as its really cold, it tastes like a real shake. My kids like it too! Now I have to buy for all of us at the house because my kids like them for breakfast.
