Ashamed.......Should I Be?

Here it goes......I had a sweet tooth, so I had some sugar-free ice cream and some plantains.......together. How horrible was that?

you are just fine your not going to go your whole life w/out that stuff, as long as your not doing it on a regular bases enjoy, you did sugar free so thats good, just limit how often and dont get down on your self when you do have it we are human and you can not be 100% on the ball 100% of the time,

Personally I enjoy sweets on a regular bases. I do it all w/in moderation. However my sleeve will quickly let me know if I've had too much. I'm learning each day.

It was so good, that I feel guilty. LOL!! You right, this will be my treat every other month though. Pre-Surgery it was brownie w/vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and whipped cream.... .
