Heyy guys I am 11th day post op any ideas for wat to eat nw my doctor has allowed me to eat semi solids n mashed n stuff pls some ideas of wat to eat and drink will help!!!:):)

I had tuna mashed with a little light mayo and also corned beef or roast beef hash.

I did ground turkey with taco seasoning with refried beans.....check out food and nutrition threads

I loved when I graduated to mushy stage! I did oatmeal, mashed potatoes, cream of wheat, tuna fish w/ a bit of Miracle Whip light, egg salad w/ light mayo, turkey chili, refried beans w/ lowfat sc, scrambled eggs ... those were a lot of my go to staples.

greek yogurt with a dab of peanut butter stirred in is deliish! Also the tuna is amazing! Its still a favorite of mine!
