I'm just 10 days out and am supposed to have between 400 to 600 calories a day. I started exercising in the past couple of days. If for example, I burn 100 calories, does that increase the amount of calories that I can consume.
My doc had us do the same prep that you do for a colonoscopy but it was by prescription. I would certainly follow whatever plan your doc suggests and would be worried to do something not approved by them.
I wonder if the sugar content was too hi. My doc says dairy can only have 12 g per serving. I have only found the count that low in a few kinds of yogurt.
I've read about a stall at 3 weeks on another forum and although frustrating seems pretty typical. The talk on that forum is to increase protein. Good luck to you.
I'm also 10 days post op and headed my post op doctors appointment today. Was retreading some of the info I had gotten and there's a note about some left side stomach pain about 2 weeks out being expected and normal. Will have to ask the doc about this and can let you know. But seems like it is to be expected--maybe nerve endings, healing, etc.
I had the same thing happen and everything turned out okay. The stress test I had took 2 seperate appointments but was relatively uneventful. And I was sleeved on February 11. Hope all works out the same for you.
