  1. I did up my calories to 1000 I am trying to reach that. Thanks for the advice.
  2. Sleeved: 12/27 SW: 279 CW: 248 I am in a 3wk stall. Not one lb lost or gained. My calorie intake is approx. 800, my protein about 70 still struggling to reach 82. I do a 3 mile walking tape 5 days a wk. I drink a 32oz water bottle twice daily. I am taking my vitamins daily and not losing.

  5. I'm 2 weeks post op, first two days was difficult but it gets better. It is so worth it. Be blessed!!
  6. I am 4 days post op. I fill a 48oz water bottle in the morning with bottle water and sugar free flavored packet. I take small sips every five minutes. And work to finish before I go to bed. Also sugar free jello and popsicles help reach the 60 oz mark. Be blessed!

  8. Hello, I am 41 my start weight is 279. I just had my surgery on Dec 27th. Came home on yesterday from the hospital. Last nite was very difficult dealing with the gas pains. I could not get comfortable the gas pains were bad. I am going to walk today hopefully it helps.
